We wanted to email you today to say a huge thank you for the way your company handled our move to Leicester. Because of the Covid 19 virus we have been in shielding for the past 20 weeks and we were so very anxious about the move. During 3 days of sweltering temperatures, Jack and Jamie made us feel safe and well looked after for the whole move. Because we had no scaled plans for our house and had only been able to visit twice we had to change our minds about what went where and the boys just kept so patient with us throughout. They worked so very hard for us in such overwhelming heat and showed us pastoral care as we were obviously struggling with the temperatures. They are both a credit to your firm. With grateful thanks.
